FALL INTENSIVE Introduction to Flamenco Dance Workshop for Absolute Beginners in Manhattan, New York City September 24 - October 18, 2008 8 classes, 2 per week Fall Intensive Introduction to Flamenco Workshop for Absolute Beginners is the ideal workshop to start dancing flamenco. Classes will focus on strong footwork, upper body coordination, understanding flamenco music and compás, proper posture and breathing. We will develop the muscle strength and dance skills necessary for flamenco dance as we learn a new choreography. Time: Wednesdays 8-9pm AND Saturdays 6-7pm (hours are tentative) Price: $160 (including $25 registration) for 8 classes Students can register by paying a non-refundable $25 registration fee.
